Holiday Home 'Les Vieilles Treilles' with Private Terrace, Garden, and Air Conditioning
We invite you to enjoy our house for your holidays in Corrèze. Located at the gateway to the Lot, in the village of Noailhac between the picturesque villages of Collonges-la-Rouge and Turenne, this stone house (180 m²) combines modern comfort with traditional charm.
The property is available for weekly rentals during school holidays and for weekends throughout the year with a minimum stay of two nights. The house is air-conditioned in summer and has a wood-burning stove for winter.
Downstairs, you’ll find a relaxation room with a pool table and bar. This home is perfect for gatherings with friends or family.
After entering, you’ll discover a spacious 60 m² living area with a fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room and lounge, featuring a traditional fireplace. The rental also includes: 2 toilets, 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub, the other with a shower and toilet), 4 bedrooms (one with a 160 cm bed, two with 140 cm beds, and one smaller room with two 90 cm beds, ideal for children), a small sitting room, a laundry room, and the downstairs relaxation area.
The house is detached. On the terrace side, you’ll enjoy beautiful views of the village and surrounding countryside. The setting is peaceful and relaxing.
A cleaning package is available for an extra charge. Heating/wood for the stove and air conditioning may incur additional fees if needed.
