So my situation is a little different... we did not stay there due to a situation that was out of everyones hands. But the owner went out her way to call me and explain everything & found us a room for the weekend at a resort. I was not expecting that!! She was very very kind & sweet. We can not wait to find another weekend and go stay at this motel!
