Recepcionistas sem cordialidade, precisam ser mais educadas e simpáticas! Café da manhã muito simples, pra ser um resort! Atendimento do bar da piscina, péssimo! Pedimos o almoço e simplesmente apos 2h e meia de atraso, fomos reivindicar e o garçom falou q o peixe q havíamos pedido, ainda estava descongelando! Estacionamento do próprio hotel era pago, 25 reais a diária, o que achei um absurdo!

O hotel no geral é bom, mas não vale o valor. A equipe é solícita. As instalações são limpas. As refeições são boas, mas as reposições dos alimentos são demoradas. Por vezes fiquei sem comer algo. Tapioca eu não consegui comer em nenhum dia, pois era uma única funcionária para preparar tapiocas e omeletes e as filas eram enormes.

Balcão de check in super lotado (o que é normal para a época de férias), mas com filas desorganizadas e os funcionarios não sinalizam nada. Fomos atendidos por uma funcionária mal educada e grosseira, que alem de nos informar que nao havia vaga pro carro, nos disse que poderiam haver vagas na frente do hotel ou próximo, se achasse, o que era muito dificil. Qual seria a solução então, cancelar e ir embora?! O quarto tinha um colchão no chão, mesmo havendo espaço para outra cama e mesmo a reserva sendo feita previamente. Ar condicionado EXTREMAMENTE barulhento, passando a noite toda desligando e ligando, fazendo barulho e nos acordando constantemente. Comida razoável, que vai acabando e não vai sendo reposta. Ou seja, se voce chega da metade pro fim dos horarios de refeição, fica sem quase nada. O hotel não tem opções de brinquedos aquáticos e não tem nada próximo disso. Foi nossa primeira e provável última vez. Portanto, em geral, não indicamos.

Eu me hospedei neste hotel baseado nas imagens e quando cheguei no hotel fiquei um pouco decepcionada. Não é um hotel acolhedor, achei os funcionários frios, não eram muito simpáticos, a localização é ruim, fica distante de tudo, cobra estacionamento, achei o hotel um pouco degradado.

Resort muito bom e agradável. Ficamos bastante satisfeitos com a hospedagem. A gastronomia é variada e de ótima qualidade, os quartos são limpos e bem cuidados, com troca frequente de lençóis e toalhas. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos, simpáticos e sempre solícitos. A área de lazer é excelente, com piscinas ótimas. O acesso direto à lagoa, logo atrás do hotel, é um grande diferencial, assim como a praia em frente, que é muito boa para banho. Como pontos de melhoria, a equipe de recreação poderia ser maior, pois houve alguns atrasos na programação, embora os recreadores sejam muito carinhosos e participativos com as crianças. O Wi-Fi também apresenta instabilidade em horários de pico. No check-in, o atendimento inicial foi um pouco demorado por haver poucos funcionários. No geral, o resort é muito bom e pretendemos voltar outras vezes.
