Fantastic accomodation for myself and 3 kids. loved the rooms, beds, lounge and kitchen, all very comfortable and clean. The drying room could have been better as our stuff never really dried out.

Great location and value

Perfect little spot for two friends. Walking distance to everything in Hirafu, comfortable beds, all you need small kitchen, drying room for ski/snowboard equipment, free laundry, and even a free shuttle service!

nice apartment

Good clean apartment, no aircon though so a bit hot in summer and hard to sleep. there are also heaps of lights switches in the room all with tiny lights on them when they are switched off. this is enough light up the room a little bit making it hard to sleep. the blinds are also see through and let in a lot of light in the morning so wake up early. there was also not enough car parking spaces. we went out for dinner and when we came back all the car parks were gone.

Good value stay in Niseko

I have stayed in several different apartments around the Niseko area. Flow Niseko is run by a Holiday Niseko, a smaller tour operator. Check in process was smooth - we arrived after hours and never had any face to face interaction with the staff, but were given a code and instructions ahead of time, and had no issues. The apartment was comfortable and looked as advertised, with all the amenities we needed, including laundry, kitchen utensils and etc. There are two bathrooms, one per bedroom, which is great. Parking space is available outside the building. A few minor issues which made it not a five star (but none are deal breakers at this price point): - The rooms were very small. Basically there is space for the bed(s) and that's it. We could touch all the walls without leaving the room and there definitely isn't space to lay out a suitcase. - There is no elevator in the building, we were on 1st floor and kept our skis at the rental place so it's not an issue. But for others it may be a bit of a pain to lug their gear up two flights of stairs after a long day out.

Flow niseko is very close to many places by walk and very convenient! We had a great stay and time at nissko. We'll definitely go back and stay at flow niseko.
