3階か4階が受付でエレベーター無し階段のみです。荷物少のわたしにはその分リーズナブルという感じでとても良かったです。荷物巨大な方はキツいかもしれません。1階にコンビニや飲食店も有り、鉄道寧波駅から徒歩圏内で月湖も歩いて直ぐで立地はとても良いです。
