Villa Tamaria in Zaton is the perfect choice for a relaxing holiday by the sea, located just 50 meters from the shore. This elegant and modern villa offers a perfect combination of comfort and privacy, ideal for families or friends. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious open-plan kitchen and living room equipped with all necessary amenities, complemented by a fireplace that creates a warm and cozy atmosphere. The ground floor also includes a bedroom with its own en suite bathroom and an additional guest WC. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms, one with a private bathroom, while the other two share a bathroom with a shower. Three out of the four bedrooms are equipped with televisions, providing extra convenience.



The highlight of this villa is its stunning rooftop terrace with breathtaking sea views, ideal for enjoying sunsets or relaxing under the open sky. The outdoor area features a heated pool with six sun loungers, a gas barbecue for preparing delicious meals, and a fully enclosed yard that ensures privacy.
