This cosy apartment in Privlaka is located in a quiet environment, just 10 metres from the sea, and offers an ideal home on 38 m² for couples or small families seeking relaxation, sun and sea. The accommodation is located on the ground floor of a well-maintained complex with a pool and features a private terrace with a magnificent sea view – the perfect place to enjoy the day with an outdoor breakfast or a glass of wine at sunset.



In the open-plan living area, you will find a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and filter coffee machine. The adjacent dining area offers space for four people, while the comfortable corner sofa in the living area can be used as a sleeping option if needed. Sehr saubere Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet was nötig ist. Nur 10-15 Gehminuten zum Strand und in die Altstadt. Sehr zuvorkommender Vermieter.

Sauber ,alles funktioniert sogar die Dusche da ich schone einige mal in Kroatien was erlebt habe. Balkon super, Klima ,Pool, Küche komplett. Geschäfte, Bäckerei alles zu Fuss zu erreichen.
