Unwind in South Bend at this lovely house. This cozy retreat features 2 bedrooms with a full bed, bunk bed, and twin bed, perfect for a small group of guests. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like AC, hair dryer, and WiFi during your stay. The bathroom offers a refreshing shower and hair dryer for your comfort. Fall in love with South Bend and enjoy the magic it has to offer. Only 10 minutes from Notre Dame, South Bend International Airport, downtown South Bend, downtown Niles, 15 minutes to Redbud, 30 minutes to the New Buffalo beach and wineries.

Home is currently being improved, and we have more to do, but it is ready for you to benefit while we polish it up.

Things that we have yet to improve:
-back bedroom, so living room is currently being used as a bedroom.
- shower pressure is not powerful. You'll be clean, no worries.
- back yard is a work in progress.
- new flooring in the entire house.
- hot tub (hopefully will be installed by the fall of 2025)
- back patio (hopefully fall 2025)
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a safe. Housekeeping is available on request.
