The access key was not provided on day one. The entrance lock was not working. The door would not lock. The owner wants to send a video for every issue. Broken side table, no main door lock, poor quality Pans, no power chord for rice cooker, TV remote not working. Bedsheets can be better, looked ragged. Hall sofa not fully stable. The owner was putting the blame on the previous renter, but we suffered from the stay. All amenities are charged except Gym. The Tennis court was in very horrible condition. Pretty much looks like an aged apartment. But the apartment we stayed wasn't too bad with a decent view. But a very forgettable experience overall. The owner was responsive to calls, but did not provide solution asking us to buy any missing stuff and she would refund later. Which we did not feel comfortable with.
