Welcome to our apartment in a quiet location on the edge of the beautiful village Niepars. Our cozy basement apartment with separate entrance offers enough space for 2 people. An extra bed for an adult or a child is possible. In the morning you can look at our flower garden enjoying the sun and the chirping of birds at breakfast in the open space. Here you can also grill in peace. Amongst the living room / bedroom 2 single beds (as a double bed adjustable), a cozy sitting area, a dining area, satellite / TV, radio and Wi-Fi. The separate kitchen is located in the entrance hall. Of course there is also shower, toilet and heating. Internet Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

The cozy basement apartment with separate entrance offers enough space for 2 people. An extra bed for an adult or a child is possible. In the morning you can look at our flower garden enjoying the sun and the chirping of birds at breakfast in the open space. Here you can also barbecue in peace. The guests in the living room / bedroom 2 single beds (90x200auch also be set as a double bed), a comfortable seating area, a dining area, satellite / TV and radio and wireless internet access. The separate kitchenette is located in the anteroom and is equipped with two hotplates, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. Of course there is also shower, toilet and heating. The extra bed for a third person consists of an extra bed (90x190), which is placed in place of the chair and the table. Internet Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Wir kommen gern wieder.

Sehr nette, kleine Einliegerwohnung. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und alles drum herum sehr gefällig. Die Matratzen sind etwas durchgelegen, aber prinzipiell ein dickes „Daumen HOCH“ von uns. :)

Eine erholsame und ruhige Urlaubswoche

Die Ferienwohnung ist in der Realität viel schönerund man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit und sehr gastfreundlich. Die Fewo wurde mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet. Besonders hat uns gefallen, dass es einen Ordner gab, in dem viele Sehenswürdigkeiten Stralsunds, Rügens und der weiteren Umgebung beschrieben sind. Viele geschichtliche Ereignisse der Umgebung sind erläutert. Die Vermieterin hat alles Mögliche getan, damit der Gast sich wohl fühlt. Wir können diese Fewo nur wärmstens empfehlen und werden bei unserem nächsten Stralsund- Besuch diese Unterkunft wieder buchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und fühlten uns gleich zu Hause.

Klein, spartanisch eingerichtet, aber sauber

Kleine Ferienwohnung, sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Nichtmal eine Schere ist vorhanden. Die Betten sind die reinste Katastrophe. Ich habe starke Rückenschmerzen außerdem sind die Betten nur zusammengeschoben. Das Badefenster lässt sich nicht öffnen und die Spüle ist total unpraktisch angebracht . Man kann nicht gut abwaschen. Alles ist sauber . Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Die Lage ist super und ruhig. Trotzdem würde ich hier nicht nochmal übernachten, da ich auf diesen Betten einfach nicht schlafen kann.
