On the main level, you will find a welcoming living room featuring a Scandinavian wood stove and cable TV, with direct access to a balcony. A separate dining room is also situated on this floor, equally benefiting from balcony access, alongside a fully equipped kitchen and a separate WC. The upper floor hosts 2 rooms, each furnished with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as 1 large double bedroom fitted with a double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with direct access to a balcony. The property features 1 bathroom complete with a bath, shower, WC, and a double hand-basin. The chalet boasts 2 balconies, one with a south-facing position and one with a west-facing position, both offering marvellous views of the lake, the mountains, and the surrounding countryside.
