Comfortable, big bed, free easy parking, right off the highway, great breakfast, and friendly staff. I don’t know why this hotel doesn’t have a better rating! We thought it was perfect. It is not a new property but who cares?

Property was nice. Area convenient to travel. Disappointed we did not have any pots, pans, plates, silverware or table settings. Fridge worked well though. Parking was a hassle if you came in after 8 or 9 pm. Other than that stay was great.

The complex appears a little run down but my apartment was spotless, the reception area and restaurant clean and welcoming and staff very helpful and friendly. I had a good night's sleep despite the proximity of the apartment block to the railway, and hearing my neighbours. I suspect it gets quite noisy during busy periods. I would definitely stay again on my travels through Europe.

Worst customer service

Randomly canceled room service. Then refused to answer the phone after telling me to call back and I had said that I was in a lot of pain and walking was difficult. In the end had to walk all the way to reception. Manager refused to come out and speak to me. After complaining he still refused to speak to me in person.

Nice apartment hotel

Right from check in, our experience here was very good. Check in staff was friendly and helpful and even arranged for there to be a couple of snack bags for us to take with us since were checking out before the breakfast buffet opened on the day of departure. The room was very nice, the bed comfy and we requested kitchen supplies ( pots, utensils, plates and bowls ) since we would be preparing some of our meals ourselves using the kitchenette in our room. A nice perk was being offered 5 euros a day for declining housekeeping, and ended up with 15 euros to spend in the hotel restaurant or bar, which we took advantage of. Even though our third floor room faced the train tracks with an express train passing by every 15 minuted or so during the day, the train was very short and we still enjoyed our stay here very much and will likely stay here again.
