THE SPACE

The cabin features a two-level layout with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests.

BEDROOMS

Upstairs:

• Master bedroom: 1 king bed with a private bathroom featuring double sinks and double showers.

• Second bedroom: 2 bunk beds, each with a queen bed on the bottom and a single bed on top.

Downstairs:

• Third bedroom: 2 queen beds with convenient access to a full bathroom and the downstairs outdoor living area.

All three bedrooms have air conditioning for a comfortable night’s sleep.

COVERED TERRACE & OUTDOOR LIVING

One of the highlights of the cabin is its spacious covered upstairs terrace, surrounded by greenery and overlooking the jungle. Comfortable lounge seating makes it a great place to enjoy your morning coffee, relax during the afternoon, or take in the sunset.

Sámara Beach is approximately a 20-minute drive, where guests can enjoy restaurants, surfing, shopping, activities, and beautiful Pacific sunsets.

The home is designed around Costa Rica’s tropical indoor-outdoor lifestyle, with the covered upstairs terrace and large downstairs covered living area serving as the main spaces for lounging, dining, entertaining, and spending time together.

The cabin is located in a tropical rural area surrounded by nature. This is an important part of the experience, but it also means guests may occasionally encounter insects, monkeys, tropical birds, and other wildlife common to Costa Rica.

The cabin is regularly cleaned and maintained, but insects are a natural part of the tropical environment and may occasionally be seen.

For entertainment, the TV includes an Amazon Fire Stick with access to Netflix and other streaming apps. There is no traditional cable service.

Pets may be allowed with prior approval and an additional pet fee. Please include any pets on your reservation.

The property has not been child-proofed, so children should be supervised, particularly around the swimming pool and outdoor areas.

From time to time, maintenance staff may need access to exterior areas of the property for pool, landscaping, or general maintenance. Any necessary maintenance will be handled with respect for guests’ privacy.
