Could have been better.

First of all I want to say that the appartement is nice. Now to the problems:- Aircondition did not work and it was 35 degrees in Nice.- Cleaning was not ok. Long black hair all over the place.- The parking is not for a normal car. Very small. I had to rent a place in a nearby underground parkning. The agency actually payed half of that parking fee.
