Soak up the glamour of the Côte d’Azur in the luxury Villa Solberg! Just 15 minutes from Antibes and a 5-minute drive from the coast, the villa sleeps 8 people. With a private pool and garden, the villa has panoramic sea views and is an ideal destination for families or friends who want to relax in the sun.

The villa offers indoor/outdoor living, with 2 sets of French windows linking the open-plan living/dining room with the lovely, shaded veranda. The veranda is furnished with a comfortable sofa, arm chairs, plus a dining table and chairs for meals al fresco. Back inside, the living area has a stylish, contemporary corner sofa, a large flat-screen TV and a dining table and chairs. The independent, modern kitchen is well equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a coffee machine. A door leads from the kitchen to a shaded terrace where there is a small dining table for breakfast or snacks outdoors.

Downstairs there is a games room, with a table tennis table, TV and sofas, which makes the ideal den for younger guests. For guests who need to stay in touch with work, there is a separate study with a lap-top-friendly workspace and sofa.

A staircase leads from the veranda down to the private, salt-water swimming pool. The terrace around the pool includes sun loungers, where guests can relax after a refreshing swim.

The villa is on a private estate with security guards and a larger, shared swimming pool.

Sleeping
Bedroom 1: The attractive master bedroom enjoys glorious sea views and is furnished with a double bed, flat-screen TV, wardrobe and an en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: This airy room, which also looks out towards the sea, has a double bed.
Bedroom 3: The third bedroom has a double bed, flat screen TV and sea views.
Bedroom 4: This bedroom has a bunk bed, so is ideal for children.
Crib available on request (to avoid choking risks we do not provide sheets or pillows for the crib).

Bathrooms
Bathroom 1: En suite to the master bedroom this modern bathroom is equipped with a glass shower, basin and WC.
Bathroom 2: This independent bathroom has a shower, basin, washing machine and WC
Extra: There are 2 separate WCs as well as an outdoor shower by the swimming pool.

Location
The villa is ideally located for guests to get the most out of the Côte d’Azur. Halfway between Nice and Antibes, it is just 8 minutes from the charming village of Biot, a fortified medieval hilltop village. Biot is known for the Musée Nationale Fernand Léger featuring masterpieces of Cubist art. The village’s pretty cobbled streets, with their art galleries, cafés and restaurants, make for a relaxing day out. For self-catering the town has 2 markets. The Provençal market (Tuesday morning) is where you can pick up local specialities and fresh fruit and vegetables. The Farmers’ market (Saturday morning) is the place to go for organic and local produce.

There are many beautiful beaches nearby. For younger guests, a day out at the Marineland aquarium (6 minutes) or Aquasplash water park (7 minutes) is always a hit.

Out of season, there is plenty to do and enjoy, taking advantage of the Côte d’Azur’s mild climate. When the crowds have gone home, the villages and towns slow down, and life is lived at a more relaxed pace.
