The holiday apartment is perfectly located as it is a walking distance from the heart of the Old Town of Villefranche (17 minutes) and has grocery shops just around the corner. Nice small apartment

A nice small apartment with a lovely view and terrace on a busy street. There are however over 70 steps, a gate, and two doors to reach the apartment. Steps were not lit at night. Food shops are a reasonable walking distance for all who can access the apartment in my opinion.

We stayed in Villefranche-sur-Mer as part of our 30 day Sept. 2023 anniversary drive around France. We are a couple who travel a great deal for fun & business plus we have a vacation rental with high expectations. We had wonderful and timely communication & greeting from the property manager. It was hot during our stay-in the 90s so we very much enjoyed the fabulous split AC system-works very well. We enjoyed a great walk around Cape Ferrat, a wonderful swim ending at Plage de la Paloma. You must visit the beautiful Villa De Rothchilds & the Palace in Monaco. Loved Menton. We also had a wonderful dinner at La Belle Etoile in Villafranche-sur mer. Park in the underground parking near the police station-its easy & cost effective. The property is close to a wonderful restaurant, grocery store-boulangerie & bakery. Loved the black out shades & the quaint apartment-comfortable with a nice terrace. The bed was beyond its sales date & my wife slept on the couch the entire 4 nights. Bring your mosquito spray as they were biting in September. The blessing was the apartment had mosquito coils to light while you were sitting on the terrace. Keeps mosquitos at bay. To access the building there are 3 locks which need a professional locksmith to service. The gate & the building lock spun & were inconsistent and frustrating. It needs fixing. No sink plug or toaster. As a vacation property owner as a courtesy we provided this feedback to the property manager.

Enjoy the View down to St Jean Cap Ferat

Apartment with water view, lovely balcony, comfortable place. It should be noted its location on ghe middle cornish makes it steep (988 steps? ) down to restaurants in Villefranche sur Mer. There is an 80 bus and maybe the schedule could be providex along with more bus and train details (to Antibes, Nice, etc) as parking in some of these places difficult for Americans not used to traffic and tight squeezes. Location near St Jean Cap Ferat and Rothschild Villa exceptional. We had a great day there and in Antibes. Only one small bistrot near apartment (without the steps) and one grocery and boulangerie and traiteur. Lovely little apartment, small parking space, steps to apartment and steps down to town though.

Great renting experience!

We had a great experience. Easy tental, exceptional communication that included taxi help and restaurant recommendations! The apartment is small but enough for two people. Please note that the shower is very small (think cruise ship). The location was our only issue. My fault for not paying attention but the home is located on the top of the mountain and the town is below. It would be a 30 minute walk uphill to get there from the train station. No issue if you have a car. We had to rely on Ubers, which are NOT reliable in Villefranche.

An incredible experience!

Mireille and her husband could not have been more accommodating! I adored my stay in Villefranche and would book again in a heartbeat. Coming back to the Villa after an 8 hour day of classes to be welcomed by a bright sunny balcony overlooking the Mediterranean. What could be better than that?! The villa is full of french charm with huge french doors and a wonderful airy feel to it. The bed was wonderfully comfortable too. All in all, an A++++++. Thank you MIreille for being such a thoughtful hostess. I miss the place already!
