The Ponchettes a small, atypical neighborhood in the city of Nice. These are in fact small single-storey houses, having survived the vast movement of modernization and urbanization of the city. They mark the separation between the old town, called Old Nice, and the seaside promenade, with the beaches, adjoining the Cours Saleya. An architectural curiosity not to be missed.
