Located in the town of Vence, in a quiet residential area, charming villa set in grounds of 3600 m². Private salt water swimming pool (10m x 5m – Depth 110/170 cm – Alarm), outdoor shower (hot water), pool house (barbecue, oven, gas hob), terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and dining table. Parking for 4 cars. 2 km shops. Beach 12km.

Villa of 220 m² fully air-conditioned on 2 levels:

Double living/dining room of 85 m² with television (internet), audio system, fireplace. Outdoor pool access.
Guest WC. Fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, American fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso. Scullery with washing machine and dryer.

1 bedroom with Queen size bed (160 cm) air conditioning, bathroom with shower, bath and WC. Exterior access to swimming pool.

Upstairs :
1 bedroom with 1 Queen size bed (160 cm), television, shower room with shower and WC. Access to terrace with pool and garden view.

1 apartment/bedroom (possibility of private access) with air conditioning: kitchenette (oven, induction hob, fridge).
Living room with TV (TNT), sofa bed (140 cm). Mezzanine with King size bed (180 cm). Shower room with shower and WC. Access to terrace. Fiber optic internet in the villa.
