Cocktail (presque) parfait

Nous avons séjourné chez Pascal et Sophie pendant 3 semaines en Août avec nos filles de 12, 9 et 9 ans Quel plaisir ! Pour l’emplacement déjà: pas trop loin de la mer et de chouettes plages, tout près de plein de villages à visiter, et d’activités sportives (dont l’accrobranche/via ferata le plus dingue de ma vie, un super spot de canyoning et pléthore de sentiers de randonnées) et enfin près du Loup pour des baignades natures et paisibles Côté maison, que du bon aussi, si ce n’est qu’on aurait apprécié un jardin un peu plus grand pour permettre à chacun de s’isoler, et des voisins un peu plus discrets ou lointains pour mériter la mention « calme absolu » dans le titre de l’annonce. Mais rien de vraiment dérangeant… Mention spéciale pour la terrasse, jamais étouffante et à la vue particulièrement agréable. Quant à nos hôtes: hyper accueillants et chaleureux, à la bibliothèque / BD-thèque tout à fait à notre goût: on se serait crus chez des amis qui nous auraient prêté leur maison ! Bref, une chouette expérience Merci pour tout :-)

Summer holiday 2023 was a great success

We stayed for 2 weeks in the lovely house of our very nice hosts with our 3 adult children and our dog. Our hosts were very helpfull in the run-up to our holiday. They always responded quickly to all our questions. The equipment of the house and houshold were very complete, the airconditioning worked properly (esp. the first week it was really necessary because of the extreme heat). The pool is small, but perfect for refreshment. We have spent special moments on the lovely terrace, the view is spectacular. There are a lot of corners around the house (sun and shadow), to get a sunbath, to read a book, to take a nap, to play table tennis etc. Also MTB's in good condition to go for a ride. You have to be in a good condition yourself, because there are a lot of steep hills to be climbed :) This accomodation is the perfect base to discover the region: Nice, Cannes,Monaco, St. Paul de Vence, Haut de Cagnes, Cap d'Antibes, Cap Ferrat, Villeneuve Loubet, Grasse etc. 2 Weeks is too short to see it all and if we will return in the future we sure will book this accomodation again. Paul and Sophie, thank you so much for your welcoming house!
