Villa Claudia has been constructed over 120 years ago, now this apartment has been protected by Nice city hall as histroc monument.

Very old french style apartment in a calm local luxury district in Nice port on boulevard franck pilatte opposite the fabulous light house and near by coco beach.

"Villa Claudia ne" can accommodate up to max 6 adults and plus a baby travel cot.

Great Location

Very good holiday home in central Nice

The apartment was more spacious than we expected, high ceilings made the temperature comfortable! It had everything needed for the long stay. Some equipment is already showing the age, but it is hard to beat for the price. Appreciated a fan in every room and near every bed. A dishwasher would be good ;) Nice ambience, with a few villas in quiet street, close to the port which also means there will be noise from the birds. A grocery and a bakery are 7 min away. Street parking is easy to find. The host was very helpful

Eine sehr charmante Ferienwohnung mit schönen, alten Böden, Türen und Stuck. Die Türen lassen sich etwas mühsam schließen, aber alles funktioniert. Zimmeraufteilung wie beschrieben (ein Zimmer für 4 Personen, ein Zimmer für 2 Personen, dazu Küche und Esszimmer). Nachts sehr ruhig, trotz der schönen Lage sehr nahe zu zwei der schönsten Strände Nizzas.

rustikal aber dringend Handlungsbedarf

Wir haben uns in der Villa Claudia sehr wohl gefühlt, diese Ferienwohnung ist rustikal aber hat Charme. ABER keine der Zimmertüren lässt sich schliessen, es gibt keinen einzigen Kleiderschrank. Es wird angegeben, dass zur Ausstattung Toilettenpapier und Küchenrolle gehören….(2 Blatt Küchenrolle und 2 Rollen Toilettenpapier) - da erwartet man mehr. Komplett unterschiedliche Handtücher und Bettwäschen - irgendwie passt da nichts zusammen und alles zusammengewürfelt. Diese Wohnung liegt gut, Meerblick aus dem Esszimmer und es wäre deutlich mehr Potential, wenn da mal etwas Arbeit reingesteckt werden würde. Ausserdem stimmt die Beschreibung der Räumlichkeiten nicht, es gibt keine 2 Schlafzimmer.Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppeletagenbett und ein Wohnzimmer mit einer Schlafcouch…..- und das ist nicht die Couch auf den angegebenen Fotos.

Très agréable séjour dans la villa Claudia

excellent emplacement pour visiter Nice (location légèrement en retrait évitant les nuisances sonores de la route). Nous avons apprécié d'avoir à disposition le linge de toilette, les lits faits à l'arrivée, ce qui est bien confortable, et tous les renseignements dont nous avions besoin pour la vie quotidienne.

Bonjour ,oui dans l ensemble, la dame qui s occupe des logements au top ,a l ecoute,pour divers petits souci ,style cafetière normal ,presse agrumes ou souci box, nous a regler et ramener sa de suite,seule bemol la locataire du dessus ,une semaine a faire du bruit de 19h a 23h voir plus et des 5h du matin car la journée nous n etions pas la et niveau politesse aucun respect pour les vacanciers et nous la fait savoir de vive voix,merci a la dame qui s occupe de nous a qui malheureusement je les signaler que le vendredi a pris les mesures nécessaire et qui m a dit j aurais du lui signaler avant sinon dans l ensembles au top,logement adéquate,fonctionnel et propres

Nice Apartment in a great location

We were there in September 2022 with 4 people for a week. For this, it was a perfect size with enough space and you get what is promised in the advertisement. A beautiful apartment in a very nice location and close to the sea and port with a mix of some new elements and the classic "flair of the region". All in all we had a smooth process - a big thank you to the host Jimin - and an unforgettable week. We definitely want to come back sometime.

Preis und Leistung sind stimmig.

Jeder der auch mit einem rustikaleren Ambiente umgehen kann wird hier einen schönen Urlaub haben. Mann kommt schnell überall zu Fuß hin. Wer mit dem Auto kommt sollte sich jedoch auf entsprechende Parkgebühren einstellen da es nur sehr wenig Parkplätze ohne Gebühren gibt die auch frei sind. Ansonsten hatte ich mit meiner Familie eine schöne und erlebnisreiche Zeit.
