Lounge area qith 1 sofa bed (140x190) and kitchen area. 1 Bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190). Shower room with WC. Garden, terrace. Car park. Charges included. Cleaning on request package. Shared swimming pool accessible from mi-april to october but not heated! Countryside close to Nice, capital of the Côte d'Azur. This house includes a gîte on the first floor and two ground-floor rentals. Gîte No. 6240 is on the same property. Wooded grounds and a swimming pool shared by the owners and other rentals, which are accessible seasonally. Contes is one of the main towns in the Nice hinterland. You'll find all the shops and services on site in the village, including tennis courts, basketball courts, and a climbing area. The village's location makes it ideal for both mountain hikes and seaside bathing. Apartment in a house with swimming pool located on the edge of a village in the hills of the Côte d'Azur (15km from Nice)
