The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the house, in a large Mediterranean garden of 3000 m2 planted with olive trees and flowers. You can contemplate the magnificent panorama over the sea to Cap d'Antibes and the medieval village of Tourrettes sur Loup, enjoying the beautiful swimming pool and its pool house / gym.
It is composed of a living room and a dining room, equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and on the ground floor a laundry room (only space to share).
1 air-conditioned Queen size bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 air-conditioned single bedroom.
The swimming pool is exclusively reserved for you and is accessible by a staircase closed by a gate (security for children). At the edge of the swimming pool, there is a BBQ area with table - chairs for eating or having an aperitif and a fitness room (see photos).
The ground floor apartment is inhabited all year round by a very discreet person, who works all day and who takes care of the separate private garden-terrace area.
So you can enjoy your vacation in peace.

Herrlicher Urlaub

Das Anwesen ist wunderschön. Herrlicher Ausblick auf Tourrettes-sur-Loup und die Küste. Unsere Kinder (Teenager) haben vor allem das gut ausgestattete Fitness-Studio und den großzügigen Pool genossen. Man sollte Treppen nicht scheuen, da sowohl zum Haus als auch zum Pool steile Treppen zu bewältigen sind, was uns jedoch nicht gestört hat. Die herrliche Aussicht entschädigt! Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
