Charming Studio apartment in a very beautiful building, full of light and incredibly cozy, installs you in a totally reassuring atmosphere. Located in a very quiet residential cul-de-sac, but while being nestled very close to the beach and shopping streets. A real moment of escape with a view of the surrounding gardens.

1st floor of a typical Belle Epoque building (15 steps), no lift and with pretty traditional shutters.
DISTRICT
The impasse benefits from all the character and charm of the city built in the Belle Epoque, but is located right next to the beach. It is an ideal place to discover Nice. With the bus and tram stops (direct to the airport) a 5-minute walk away, ideal for getting around the CĂŽte d'Azur very easily.
Your apartment is 1 minutes from the Nice Museum of Fine Arts http://www.musee-beaux-arts-nice.org/. In summary, its location is ideal for shops, restaurants, galleries, bars and any joie de vivre.

With its opening onto the terrace, the living room has been simply decorated with white on the wall to highlight the pretty furniture and the charming collection of paintings, photos and ornaments.
The whole room benefits from a lot of natural light coming from the bay window which opens onto the large terrace. It is furnished with a two-seater cream leather sofa, a coffee table, bedside tables and a desk. On the living room side, under a wall decorated with many photos, there is a round table with enough space for four people.
COOKED
Open to the living room, the small kitchen is installed in a niche overlooking the living room. It is well equipped with two ceramic hobs, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, as well as all the utensils you will need for cooking.
BEDROOM
The living room sofa can be converted into a comfortable bed for two people. If you are traveling with a baby, it is possible to install a cot in the room. You can request it on our site at the time of booking.
BATHROOM
The modern bathroom has a shower cubicle, a square ceramic sink with a cabinet below and a mirror above, a toilet and a wall heater.

Bed was not comfortable. Some amenities were low stocked such as toilet paper. But the locked gated community was appreciated. Location was ok, it was decently close to the promenade and several good spots to eat.

A notre arrivĂ©e nous avons eu bien du mal Ă ouvrir la porte de l'immeuble dont la serrure est dĂ©foncĂ©e depuis fort longtemps, vous le constaterez en ouvrant la porte qui a du ĂȘtre forcĂ©e a une Ă©poque et jamais rĂ©parĂ©e. Vous finirez par la dompter ... Premiere douche, pas possible de faire tenir le pommeau de douche, vous le tiendrez Ă la main. Vous attendrait que l'eau s'Ă©vacue dans le lavabo car le siffon ne doit pas ĂȘtre souvent nettoyĂ©. Vous ne regardez pas l'extracteur d'air encracĂ©, le sable sous vos pieds. Si vous comptiez dormir, ce sera avec courbatures. Matelat bien trop mou. Un vieux clic clac. Deux couteaux Ă dent dont un qui prĂ©sente un jeux fatiguant. La climatisation est vieillotte, et on suppose que les filtres n'ont pas Ă©tĂ© changĂ©e au vu du rĂ©sultat que la gorge de mon Ă©pouse. Climatisation pourtant rĂ©glĂ©e peu forte Ă 26 degrĂ©s Bref je 'e vous conseille pas cet appartement. Quelques une de ces remarques ont Ă©tĂ© transmises Ă l'agence des notre entrĂ©e dans les lieux qui n'a pas jugĂ© bon de nous rĂ©pondre.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut. Die Terrasse ist ebenfalls gut. Die Einrichtung in der Wohnung ist uralt (was eigentlich fĂŒr mich immer vorteilhaft ist) aber leider nicht gepflegt. Der Geruch ist höchst unangenehm insbesondere im Kleidungschrank. Das Geschirr war klebrig und es roch aus den KĂŒchenschrĂ€nken nicht nach den sauberen Utensilien. Das Sofa quietschtet bei jeder Bewegung. Wie gesagt, wir waren drinnen nur nachts und dann schnell raus zur Boulangerie Armand frĂŒhstĂŒcken usw. und den ganzen Tag unterwegs gewesen. Leider auch fĂŒr den Preis nicht zu empfehlen, wenn ihr irgendeinen Wert auf die Sauberkeit legt. Wenn nicht, dann warum nicht: Die Lage ist nicht schlecht.LG MM
