Our lovely 36m2 Studio for 4 features:

• Sleeping alcove: 2 Bunk beds

• Kitchenette equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hobs, fridge, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, and kettle.

LOCAL FAVOURITES

• Food and Drink: Le Grimaldi is a local favorite that offers great food and wine in a relaxing setting. Head to Aux Enfants Gâtés, a great breakfast option with delicious pastries.
• Outdoor Activities: Cagnes-sur-Mer has 3km of pebble beaches and many private beaches providing catering and various services (mattress rental, deckchairs, parasols, etc). Many activities are available: fishing, golf, tennis, horse riding, and water sports. For a fine sand beach, go to Plage du Grand Large.
• Places to See: Visit Place Saint-Pierre, a very lively square, and walk along Oliviers street with its colourful market and its many restaurants. You will love strolling around Haut-de-Cagnes, a picturesque village at the top of a castle hill, classified as a historical landmark. Renoir and Picasso Museums (in Antibes), and the Maeght Foundation (in Saint-Paul de Vence) are nearby if you want to enjoy a more cultural visit.

• The pool is open depending on weather conditions.
• End-of-stay cleaning is available for 100€
• Indoor Parking: 12€/day for short stay (1 to 6 nights) and €50 for weekly stays.
• Bed linens: €12/ single bed, €20/double bed. Bath linens: €10.
• Internet is free in the reception area. Wi-Fi is available in your unit for an extra charge of €20/week/access. €30 for 3 access.
• A damage deposit of €450/unit is asked upon arrival.
• A daily tourist tax is collected at the reception. Please consult the local municipality for the exact amount based on your stay dates.
