Cheap, good location but not clean and the bathroom is not separate, no roof on the bathroom so you can hear and see everyhting in the bathroom from the bed. Shower door was falling off. Ok, for 1 night which is what we did.
We've payed 180 euro's for a 2-person room, 3 nights. No expectations but at least you want a clean room with a fresh bed. The pictures on the internet are misleading, it's even worse than my youth holidays in Salou / Alanya. Its a shame they have the Trip Advisor certification. Please remove it to help people avoiding this crap...
It's a hostel so my expectations weren't high, and neither should they have been. There's an unfinished feel and it's not the cleanest, we waited until reaching our next stop for a shower. I wouldn't book for a romantic getaway or for an extended stay, However we wanted a cheap stopover near the station and it ticked that box.
Hotel is on nice location just 2 mins walk to central train station, but not clean. Bathrooms are in pretty bad condition. Staff is helpful too in giving you details about local stuff. But still hotel is lacking in cleanliness and washroom.
One night was one night too many. Emotions ranged from shock and disgust through to resignation and relief when we left. The bed was comfortable and clean but everything else was dirty and/or broken. We might have expected this if we'd paid half the price. Fatigue was the only reason why we didn't walk straight out. The hotel/hostel is unstaffed at night and we didn't feel safe. Frankly this hotel should be closed down by the authorities before it burns down.
The pictures we saw on the internet were nice but I was shocked when I arrived. The room was dirty, looks very cheap and the shower only had cold water. The wifi wasn't working all the time and when it was working the connection was poor. I would definitely NOT recommend anyone to stay here while visiting Nice...
One would expect a little bit of art in an Art Hotel! Not here but if you like cheap IKEA furniture in grubby rooms with inexplicable red lights this is for you. On complaining about conditions the manager appeared from next door, the Best Western Hotel who obviously hadn't set foot in the place before and initially seemed shocked at the price fog what was being offered. A midnight fire alarm was not appreciated especially as there is NO staff at night!
Me and my bf stayed in a private room for two nights.Bathroom was inside but it was just a section separated from room with a small wall. The ceiling of the bathroom don't exist which means when you take a shower or use the toilet all the steam and the smell is still inside the room. And it was old building so all the pipes were old and there were some insects around..we said It's ok, at least we had a bath inside the room.... BUT: There were a lot of MOSQUITOES!!! The first night we killed 8 mosquitos and 3 Insects!!! The second night 3 mosquitos even though we didn't open the window. Don't open the windows bcos there is a lot of mosquitoes. When we said it to the reception, she even said "yeah they are a problem", but they don't do anything for it. Also, the walls of the room is covered with killed animals blood.disgusting.. Moreover, there was supposed to be air conditioning in the room. Yes, there was but we don't if it was working bcos the remote control of the air conditioner was without batteries !!! and since the reception is closed after 7pm , we cudnt ask any battery! In addition to all above, hotel smells full of moist. It's another problem. So, pay little more to other hotel and enjoy your stay properly. We did a mistake, we suggest you not to do the same.
Terrible .. Avoid it.. Very expensive compared to what you get.. Not very safe .. No wifi on rooms... Same price you can get a good hotel.. Shower are a disaster.. When I arrived no one on the reception I have to go to next hotel so some one give me keys.
