Spacious apartment

This was a bright spacious apartment close to shopping, dining and beach. The only issue was the air conditioning, which seemed old; it only properly worked in one room but not in either of the bedrooms or kitchen. The place was clean and presentable.

Happy few demande un règlement à l’arrivée et une caution sur un site partenaire ce qui nous a un peu décontenancés (site partenaire qui insiste lourdement pour l’option assurance c’est dérangeant)Wi fi fonctionnel mais lent.Situation dans la ville optimale ; on est près de tout : les transports, les commerces,…Le ménage surprenant : certains lieux très propres (les sanitaires, le linge de lit) et des lieux très sales (cf les radiateurs, la lèche frite logée sur le réfrigérateur)Mais globalement appartement agréable, calme malgré la situation en centre ville.

Die Lage des Objektes war sehr gut. Die Mängelliste des Objektes ist allerdings relativ Lang. - Mobiliar ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, sowohl optisch als auch funktional - In einem der beiden Bäder lief das Wasser nicht am Waschbecken - Die Dusche würde ich so ,wegen hygienischer Mängel nicht benutzen - Die Küchenausstattung war Mangelhaft -Die Zimmertüren ließen sich nicht schließen
