Le Loft de Borgada
Newly renovated throughout to a luxurious standard, this is a gem of an apartment. The Loft is on the top floor of a medieval townhouse dating from 1677, and has the most amazing views over the valleys to the sea. It is fully air-conditioned, and has underfloor heating for the colder months.
Tourrettes sur Loup, only half an hour from Nice Airport, is the ideal location from which to explore the whole of the Côte d'Azur: the stunning beaches and the magnificent and awe-inspiring landscape of the pre-Alps. There is an award-winning Boulangerie next door and several of the best restaurants in the village literally on the doorstep.
Tourrettes sur Loup is a beautiful and friendly village, famous for its violets, and has a fantastic array of restaurants. There is a weekly market on a Wednesday, which is known as one of the best in the area and is consequently extremely popular from Easter onwards. There are many concerts, exhibitions and events that take place during the summer months, so there is always something to do, all the while stepping back a little from the hustle and bustle of the coast. There is also a pharmacie, a butcher, two boulangeries, two grocery stores and a whole range of Artisanal shops and galleries. The Boulangerie next to the house serves breakfast every morning from June to October, which is very convenient. La Cave next door is a restaurant and wine bar that also sells a great selection of wines to take away, some produced locally. Restaurant Le Cinq is opposite and provides popular innovative cuisine to locals and tourists alike.
Tourrettes is a "living and working" village - which definitely doesn't close down in the winter! If you fancy a trip to the beach, it’s only half an hour away, Monaco and Cannes are within 45 minutes, and you can even drive to Italy in under an hour. The neighbouring town of Vence is larger and also holds many events. Here as well, you will find a wide choice of bars and restaurants, with many art galleries and shops to peruse. The world famous Saint Paul de Vence is a short ten minutes away.

Nowhere better in Tourrettes
Tourrettes is a beautiful town and La Borgada is most definitely the most perfect place for a stay. The Loft exceeded our expectations in every way: it was beautifully decorated, well equipped and in pristine condition. The balcony was a real bonus on a sunny day. It's situation in Tourrettes couldn't have been more convenient. Teresa was accessible and helpful during the booking process and a delight when we met in real life. We hope to return at least once every year.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit atemberaubender Sicht in die Natur und ans Meer ! Super sauber, sehr schön eingerichtet und alles vorhanden was man braucht ! Sehr leckere Bäckerei direkt neben an und viele gute Restaurants im mittelalterlichen Bergdorf! Sehr schöne Gegend zum Wandern in der herrlichen Natur und schöne mittelalterlichen Städtchen zum flanieren ! Und schöne Strände und Städte am Meer …
