This is a somewhat tired property. It was reasonably clean, the bed was OK. I had a lovely view of a small verdant valley of the creek for which the hotel is named. The property is walkable to everything you might want to see in Venice.

Short walks into the old town and to the Matisse chapel. Parking was easy. I had a good meal across the street but I could have tried any of a dozen reputable restaurants within a mile. The double room had a great view and private bath. No tv or radio but wi-fi was strong.

We absolutely love to stay in this Hotel! It’s vintage French style with the most beautiful view! Perfect location! Very close to old town! Vence is such a beautiful town and we really want to come back! Everything was perfect! I really recommend to stay here!

Perfect Hotel for a passing traveller

Great family run hotel, the owners were very helpful and friendly. Parking was easy, and the hotel was close to a great restaurant. Would highly recommend to any passing traveller looking for somewhere reasonably priced to spot off.

Perfect vintage gataway

It is a lovely vintage hotel with a true french spirit. Cozy, with a nice terrace to enjoy the sunset and not far from the old town of Vence, which is so romantic. You transfer into the vintage France in a moment, full of paintings and cute decor And they have a nice coffee!
