It is with great pleasure that we open the doors of this 75m2 apartment to you, occupying the garden level of a traditional house located on a property located on the Bréguières plateau. This district close to the city center of Cagnes sur mer, enjoys a privileged location in a calm and sunny area and shelters both individual houses and some residential buildings.
This accommodation, fully restored by us with environmentally friendly materials, lime and natural ocher paints, in the spirit of simplicity of the places and original style, offers a setting combining charm and comfort. It has two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two twin beds, a living room, a large kitchen, separate toilet and toilet. It opens onto a lawned garden and a sheltered and flowered terrace.
You will be seduced by the charm of this comfortable, very bright home, with a personalized and sober 'decor'.

Wunderschönes Appartement im Terra Cotta Style

Tolle geräumige Wohnung mit super Aufteilung. Herrliches Gartengrundstück. Küche top ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Sehr nette sympathische Gastgeberin, die im Haupthaus wohnt. Vielen, lieben Dank an Jeanne für die Gastfreundschaft.

beautiful setting, wonderful hosts, room for improvement

jeanne was a very kind hostess and allowed us onto the property an hour early, thank you! the access to the washing machine was wonderful and the hot water plentiful for showers. on the negative, we found the internet connection problematic, having to resort to going outside as calls and internet were dropped from inside. hopefully a new router will fix the problem. i ended up sleeping on the sofa during my stay as i found the main bed so hard. jeanne said it had recently been replaced and she had not had complaints heretofore. believe me, i was uncomfortable. the property itself is beautiful and beautifully decorated. parking is secure and easy for us. they are a kind and accommodating couple and trying to be responsive to guests concerns. walk to train station is about 20 min by the way. also to be aware with all the charm is a bit of idiosyncrasies with several areas with elevation changes as two steps up or down. thank you for a wonderful stay

Un havre de paix en ville et un accueil très chaleureux

La maison de M. et Mme BOISIS est jolie et confortable et est idéalement située à Cannes sur Mer, près des commerces, de la plage et des arrêts de bus. De plus, les propriétaires habitent au-dessus, sont discrets mais toujours prêts à vous renseigner sur les sites à visiter, que ce soit dans les alpes-maritimes ou en Italie, ou sur les commerces de confiance. Ils entretiennent très bien le logement et interviennent rapidement au moindre problème. Leur accueil à été simple et chaleureux. Nous recommandons fortement cet hébergement et y retournerons avec plaisir si nous revenons un jour dans la région.

Authentiek Provencaals, smaakvol ingericht en comfortabel.

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in dit authentieke Provencaalse huis dat smaakvol en met aandacht voor detail is ingericht. Alles is goed onderhouden, comfortabel en brandschoon. Het huis ligt aan het einde van een doodlopend straatje (gratis parkeren) en is gebouwd tegen een heuvel; vanaf het toegangshek leidt een buitentrap naar beneden, waar de voordeur van het appartement zich bevindt. Ook binnenshuis zijn er veel niveauverschillen van één of twee treden. Bij het appartement hoort een eigen stuk tuin met olijf- en citroenbomen en een ruim betegeld terras. De keuken is zeer compleet uitgerust met combi-magnetron, Siemens vaatwasser, 4-pitsfornuis, grote koelkast en diepvriezer, etc. De boulevard van Cagnes (met kiezelstrand) is ongeveer 20 minuten lopen (heuvel af); een (huur)auto is aan te raden. Op het vliegveld van Nice-Côte d'Azur is het ophalen en terugbrengen van huurauto's zeer goed geregeld. Het appartement ligt op maar 15 minuten rijden van het vliegveld; ook Nice (20 minuten), Monaco (45 minuten), Cannes (30 minuten), Gorges du Loup, St Paul-de-Vence etc. liggen dichtbij. Het oude centrum van het stadje (Haut-de-Cagnes) met het kasteel van de familie Grimaldi bovenop de heuvel is ook zeer de moeite waard. De verhuurders, familie Boisis, wonen op de bovenverdieping en zijn buitengewoon vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij kunnen dit appartement iedereen aanraden!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen. Wir wollten Ende November noch etwas Rennrad fahren. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sehr ruhigen Stadtviertel mit guter Radweganbindung. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles befindet sich in bestem Zustand. Das Vermieterehepaar ist außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Utterly Charming

Perfect quiet location for easy access to many areas on The Cotes d'azur. Charming house with character, beautifully furnished and decorated with all modern conveniences provided. Lovely private outdoor areas to sit and eat in the garden. So peaceful and restful. Jeanne and Richard are perfect hosts, always available, providing lots of local information but never intrusive. Jeanne even stayed up late to greet us and show us the house when we arrived . The town and beach are within easy walking distance with plenty of places to eat and visit. We thoroughly recommend this rental and hope to return.

Hemos pasado una linda semana en la pequeña y coqueta casa de Jeanne. La casa ha resultado una sorpresa por su tranquilidad, su encanto y sobre todo por la atención de Jeanne. La casa está situada perfectamente para recorrer parte de la Côte Azur tanto en transporte público, ya que está muy bien comunicada, como en coche propio. La casa cumple con todas la comodidades además de disponer de jardín y terraza muy agradables en esta época del año. Sin duda un lugar para recomendar y al que volver.

A beautiful villa owned by most wonderful couple

We were met by Jeanne upon arrival and were immediately made to feel so incredibly welcome. Jeanne gave us an in depth tour of the stunning villa which far surpassed our expectations, it really is beautiful! She then showed us where to visit on a map and how to get to the market, beach etc. Everything is within a lovely 10-15 minute walk. It is perfectly placed for peace and quiet but within very easy walking distance of everything you could possibly want (10-15 minutes to the shops, restaurants, bars, museums, beach, bus station, markets and more). The bedrooms are beautifully simple, the beds very comfortable, the living area very homely and the garden is lovely to sit out in, with lots of outdoor eating space. Jeanne and her husband are the nicest couple you could wish to meet. They lent us electrical items, baked us some gorgeous croissants one day for breakfast and even invited myself and baby daughter to join them for a drink at a neighbours party one night that we were alone. I cannot fault this property at all!!! My only criticism of the whole trip is that I do not believe Cagnes sur mer is overly baby friendly as there is very little shade on the beach and we struggled to find any baby changing facilities or high chairs anywhere. I can very highly reccommend this villa though and am very grateful to Jeanne and Richard for their kindness and for allowing us to stay in their beautiful villa. Thank you!!!

Nous avons grandement apprécié cette location (rez-de-jardin). Nous y avons séjourné une semaine. Tout était conforme au descriptif de l'annonce. Le logement est très spacieux, propre et confortable. La cuisine est très bien équipée; le jardin très joli! L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter la région, de Toulon à Menton, et l'arrière-pays. Les propriétaires sont charmants, très soucieux de notre confort! Ils nous ont accueilli chaleureusement et fourni de précieux renseignements pour les visites à faire dans la région. Sans parler de l'excellente confiture maison offerte à notre arrivée! Nous n'hésiterions aucunement à recommander cette location à des amis. tres belle vacance

La maison est parfaite!! Il y a tous conforts , Très jolie, propre, bien equipée. Il y a aussi un beau coin jardin où se reposer et où manger. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et disponibles. C'est à recommander surtout aux familles avec enfants et à qui aime la tranquillitè. Bord de mèr il ya beaucoup des restaurants et mais il n y a pas des vitrines pour faire du shopping ou seulement pour faire du leche-vitrine. Silvia

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cette location avec les petites terrasses tranquilles abritant des citronniers ,la très jolie décoration de l'intérieur où il y a tout ce qu il faut ,la propreté ,la place à proximité pour se garer ,les propriétaires fort sympathiques. Terra Cotta, un endroit charmant et accueillant

Hotes tres agreables et prets a rendre service, a notre ecoute. L'endroit correspond a la description des photos meme si nous avions du mal a nous l'imaginer. Location tres bien entretenue et propre. Les ustensiles et les produits de base mis à notre disposition ont ete tres apprecies. Nous remercions les proprietaires pour les renseignements sur les commerçants dans Cagnes qui nous ont été bien utiles (Marché couvert et plan de la ville). Et nous les remercions aussi pour les indications qui nous ont faciliter nos déplacements en voiture ou en bus dans les différentes villes (Nice, Cagnes, Menton...). Nous avons apprécié Nice(Corso et Bataille de Fleurs, Musée Massena), Menton (Corso, jardin d'agrumes illuminés), Mandelieu-la-Napoule et Cagnes. Nous recommandons la Pizza Kelly du centre-ville de Cagnes-sur-Mer, pour les gros appétits, avec ses pizza de 40 cm, dans un décor sympathique !!! Ainsi que le restaurant "Les Baux" des Hauts-de-Cagnes avec ses plats du terroirs !!! Location à recommander sans modération et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Amicalement, Les 4 vacancières venues pour la Fête des Citrons 2015.
