How to get to my accommodation in Nice upon arrival
I chose to arrive by air
Upon arriving at the airport, a wide range of transport options are available to you to get to your apartment:
The tram - The best market: Line 2 will depart in front of terminals 1 & 2, serves the entire city on the Sea Side, from the airport to Nice Port, in 25 minutes. All stations pass through Fabron, Grosso & Gambetta for the Flowers district, Alsace Lorraine and Jean Médecin for the Musicians, Gold or Masséna districts, the Pin district and finally the Port district.
A connection with line 1 is made at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.
A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.
Taxis: The most direct: They are present at each terminal 1 & 2. 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is an official fixed rate that must be applied + the baggage rate. Make sure to inform yourself well and specify it to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.
The bus: The shuttle to the airport (bus 98) is both cheap and convenient. It runs every twenty minutes during the day and will drop you off in the city centre, near Nice Thiers Station.
I chose to arrive by train
The tram - The best market: To get to line n°1, exit to the left of the station and go down towards Thiers Avenue until Jean Médecin Avenue (indicated by signage). Trams pass every five minutes and the ticket has a low cost. Line 1 serves the centre and the two northern districts of Nice.
A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.
A connection with Line 2 (Airport / Port) is at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.
Taxis: The most direct: 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is no fixed package. The driver must mandatorily activate his meter before leaving the station. You will only have to pay the fare displayed upon arrival + the luggage rate. Make sure to inquire and specify this to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.
Do not forget to have the complete address ready to be given to the driver.
I chose to arrive by car
There is always a public car park near your place of residence. The rate is:

Little hiccup getting checked in. Yes the Management company did send info on check in process, but it was an email sent 5 MONTHS before we arrived. Would have been nice to get a refresh a few days prior. Anyway, great location, comfy bed, nice modern unit. Right in the heart of old town with small grocery store steps from unit.

It’s a very nicely furnished and clean apartment. I find it a bit cumbersome to have to go to the management office to pick up the key. It’s right around the corner, so not a huge deal…The office stuff is also very nice and accommodating. It’s probably a great location if you want to party the whole night long. It’s was really loud until 4am, so sleeping is tricky. Tons of shops and restaurants nearby.
Very beautiful apartment! Centrally located. Restaurants everywhere. Close to Promenade des Anglais. Full kitchen, nice bathroom. Great bedroom and comfirtable bed. Plenty of storage, high ceiling, very spacious.

Very nice apartment. Everything is new. Front office very helpful and courteous. Great location! We really enjoyed our stay. Stairs can be challenging for some as they are a bit steep, thankfully located on the second floor.
Great property really beautiful I would definitely stay again but not in the summer as there is no air-con and it was very hot, the only other negative was the pillows were very hard and lumpy
Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Modern, renovated apartment in the heart of the old town. Short walk to everything. Very clean upon check-in. Highly recommend.
I had a great stay! It was ideally situated, clean and well furnished.
Only note, the street stays animated at night, si even if it is warm, keeping the windows shot is a must.

Lovely apartment in the Old Town of Nice
A lovely very comfortable modern,clean apartment.The apartment was well equipped and in a great location for exploring the Old Town.There were plenty of super bars and restaurants nearby and a small supermarket two minutes away.We would definately be go back to this property when visiting Nice.

Fantastic
Don’t let the entrance fool you. It seems back alley with rows of garbage cans, but this a little gem in Old Town.Very clean, great use of space, comfortable bed and furniture. Lots of hot water.The location couldn’t be better. Lots of very, very good restaurants, literally steps away. I’d book here again.

Die Wohnung ist schön & sauber. Allerdings recht dunkel, da sie in einer engen Gasse ist. Das war trotzdem ok, was uns allerdings richtig gestört hat war der unglaublich laute Nachtclub bis 3:30Uhr! Dieser Fakt müssten die Vermieter eigentlich im Voraus erwähnen!
