This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, fully air conditioned apartment is perfect for either friends or family to enjoy.

The living room has chic fabric wall coverings, and large double glazed doors that open, out to the balcony.

The spacious modern kitchen is fully equipped, plus has a bar that seats four.

The main bedroom has a king size bed, wardrobe, and doors that open onto the Juliet balcony.

The second bedroom has two single beds.

The bathroom has an extra large shower, and double vanity unit.

As we are not allowed to use a lockbox all check ins are done in person.

Place was great. Close enough to shops, restaurants, etc. without being in the super busy (louds) areas. Pretty close to the train station which goes right to the airport (no need for a car).

Perfect Place

John’s place was so good!!Exactly as described, super clean, and the most perfect location for exploring Nice. Close to restaurants, shops, the beach, and all the attractions. There is a bus stop almost outside, the nearest tram stop was 5 mins walk away and the train station only 10 mins walk away. John was very responsive to any questions we had and gave us some great recommendations of places to visit and some great local restaurants. We would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Nice.
