Great location, but it was not a studio. Just a storage room on a basement.
Sofa bed was impossible to sleep, had to move mattress to floor.

Sehr gut gelegenes Zimmer in der direkten Nähe vom Strand, zwei Tramstationen und einem Supermarkt. Allerdings liegt die Wohnung aktuell inmitten einer Baustelle. Es ist also den ganzen Tag von teilweise sehr früh bis sehr spät extrem laut. Den „Balkon“ konnten wir aufgrund des Staubes von der Baustelle gar nicht nutzen. Auf Sauberkeit scheint der Vermieter ebenfalls nicht so viel Wert zu legen - als wir ankamen, waren auf den gestellten Handtüchern und Bettlaken überall diverse Flecken und in der Mikrowelle fanden wir noch eine dreckige, volle Tasse. Schade! Auf Nachrichten über die Buchungsplattform reagiert der Vermieter überhaupt nicht, bei SMS ließ die sehr ungenaue Antwort ebenfalls immer lange auf sich warten. Zum Schlafen und Kochen okay, länger wollten wir uns aber tagsüber freiwillig nicht in der Wohnung aufhalten!

Magnifique séjour
Le studio est neuf et propre. Il est très bien situé, à moins de 10min à pieds de la plage et de la promenade des Anglais. De plus, un arrêt de tram et de bus se trouvent à proximité ainsi que nombreux commerces. On y trouve tout l’équipement nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. Mon amie et moi sommes donc plus que satisfaites et nous le recommandons fortement.
