At the entrance to Vence, "Les lavandines", a new Californian air-conditioned villa with a private heated pool, offers comfort to new standards.
The large bay windows allow all the rooms in the villa to have a beautiful view of the swimming pool. It is ideally designed to enjoy a pleasant vacation.
You will appreciate the modernity of this property surrounded by its landscaped garden, both mineral and Mediterranean: it is planted with olive trees, bay laurels, medlar, orange tree, jasmine, etc.
Its living room which opens onto 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and WC, is a real living space in front of the swimming pool. It has a central island allowing cooking and lunch for 8 people.

Great Villa

Visited in October with my parents and children (10 & 11). Villa is lovely, well equipped and laid out. Local boulangerie excellent and supermarket on road into Vence. Very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, not far from airport and main routes if you want to tour about. Highly recommend.

Perfect Provence

Beautiful modern property. Great pool and outdoor furniture, private secure property in a good area within reach of Nice and Cagnes sur Mer. Very useful air con in every room. Lots of crockery, cutlery glassware etc. Excellent local boulangeries and supermarkets. Family from age 3 to70 all had a brilliant time.

Relaxing stay in a lovely villa

We have a lovely week in this lovely villa. There was only myself, my husband and two children so we had lots of space but their is certainly enough for two families or a larger family too. We had the best time relaxing by the pool, playing games and enjoying the space as well as exploring the South of France. Communication was great and we were made to feel really welcome. Perfect holiday home.

40th birthday trip

Great stay! Lovely house, lovely location. Mosquitoes were out in force but cannot be helped. Would have been good to drop our bags off early when we landed as we had an early flight and had to wait til 4. Great weather, fantastic local boulangerie, easy buses to nice and vence. We had a great week.

Paradise close to the Mediterranean and the mountains!

We spent a wonderful week at the "Lavandines". The villa is the perfect place to wind down from the hustle and bustle of Nice and Cannes. Ideally located both to escape from the heat of the coast as well as to explore the many kilometers of hiking trails in the mountains around Vence, "Lavandines" is a real sanctuary ;-) The house is ingeniously laid out with 4 independent rooms all boasting their own ensuite. What a relief if you're travelling with teenagers! The common kitchen/living area is very spacious, the kitchen meets very high standards and the washing machine/tumble dryer is very convenient to use. Our boys loved the TV with international channels as well as the Netflix access... The pool was meticuously clean when we got to the "Lavandines" and the water was nice and warm - even in October. We used to relax at the pool in the comfy deck chairs and played pétanque, table tennis and foosball - the ongoing family challenge throughout the whole stay ;-) "Lavandines" is in a very quiet neighborhood. Combined with the gread bedding this made us sleep like babies. Maryse and her husband are very dedicated hosts, were very easy to communicate with and are always going the extra mile for their guests. Thank you so much for everything! À bientôt - we'll be back!

Beautiful villa in great location

This villa had everything for a really amazing holiday. It is very modern and clean and equipped with everything you might need. Each of the 4 bedrooms were very comfortable with added bonus of each having it's own ensuite. The open plan living room and kitchen was spacious and bright with direct access to the outside patio and swimming pool. The pool was perfect for families with young children as there is no deep end. It also has a great choice of chairs and comfortable sun loungers surrounding it for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine and shade depending on preference. The ping pong, foosball and petanque also provided a lot of fun entertainment. Not only is the house really pretty but it is also in a wonderful location being so near Nice, the coast and some really beautiful towns both inland and on the sea (all within a 30 minute drive). Vence which is the nearest town (5 minute drive) is very beautiful and has lots of good restaurants. Thank you to our hosts - we miss it there and hope to be back some day again!!

Outstanding villa and beautiful location

Perfect location only 20-25 minutes from Nice airport Fabulous spacious modern family property with heated pool everything was really clean inside and out. The owners met us on arrival and when we left and were delightful, they couldn’t have been more helpful and were contactable through the week, excellent personal service, thanks 🙏 Rooms are really comfortable and very well equipped, loved the ice machine. Lots of glasses, cups, plates cutlery etc more than you need, a lot of thought has gone into its equipping. Netflicks kept the kids happy at night. The area around Vence is stunning with supermarket and garage nearby and lots of lovely cafes restaurants bars and bakery’s We loved our stay, the villa and pre holiday communication was excellent for which the owners must be commended. Table football ⚽️ table tennis 🏓 boules and pool equipment for the kids meant lots of fun in the sun ☀️ Thanks we will be back, excellent value for money we had a wonderful relaxing holiday and would not hesitate to hire this villa again Kind regards Martin Plummer

Magnifique villa

Superbe villa contemporaine. Tout est tel que présenté sur les photos. Aucune mauvaise surprise. Quartier paisible. Très fonctionnel pour vacances en famille/groupe. Sehr schöner Urlaub mit der Familie

Wir waren als Familie dort und haben das moderne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus sehr genossen. Vor allem den Pool, die Tischtennisplatte und den Kicker haben wir rege verwendet. Die Küche war sehr gut eingerichtet und auch der Grill funktionierte sehr gut. Allerdings ließ sich die Eingangstür nicht abschließen und das WLAN hatte viele Aussetzer. Insgesamt aber ein sehr gelungener Urlaub.

La Villa est très bien équipée. Au calme mais proche en voiture du centre ville de Vence et des commodités.Nous avons apprécié la simplicité pour l'arrivée et le départ.Un petit point de remarque pas d'accès au robinet d'eau à côté de la plancha qui aurait facilité le nettoyage.

Es war einfach super ! Das Haus oder Bungalow ist in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend ! Küche top , fehlt an gar nichts ! Zimmer top ! Matratze top ! Jedes Zimmer seine Dusche + wc … einfach sehr gut ! Wir waren 6 erwachsene (Senioren ) haben den Pool genossen ! Ein sehr sympathischer Empfang von Daniel ! Erholsame Urlaub ! Merci beaucoup ce fut trés bien ! Wunderbares Haus mit Pool an toller Lage für Ausflüge

Eine Woche war definitiv zu kurz! Das Bungalow-Haus mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 4 Bädern ist ideal für eine Familie mit Teenagern, die ihr eigenes Zimmer möchten. Der gemeinsame Wohnraum ist grosszügig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Küche ist auch optimal ausgestattet und bietet zudem Waschmaschine und Tumbler. Der Aussenbereich ist gross und bietet mit dem grossen beheizten Pool, Ping Pong usw. viel Spass für Kinder während Erwachsene sich wunderbar auf den Liegen entspannen können. Die Klimaanlage, Eiswürfel Maschine sorgen für Abkühlung. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt für Ausflüge nach Antibes, Cannes, Nizza, Monaco und viele andere Orte. In Antibes hat es wunderschöne Sandstrände. Im Städtchen Vence kann man sehr gut essen und in St. Michel das Grabmal von Chagall besichtigen. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es zwei sehr grosse Supermärkte (Casino, LeClerc) und ein riesiges und sehr schönes Einkaufszentrum mit vielen bekannten Läden und tollen Restaurants (Polygone). Wenige Minuten vom Haus gibt es an der Strasse eine grossartige Bäckerei. Die Müllentsorgung ist praktisch und direkt vor dem Tor. Das Grundstück ist von einer Mauer mit einem Tor umgeben, so dass die Privatsphäre garantiert ist. Parken kann man direkt auf dem Grundstück. Die Gastgeber sind sehr sympathisch und es verlief alles effizient, so dass wir den Aufenthalt als perfekt beurteilen und mit Sicherheit wiederkommen um die vielen anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu sehen und die Region erneut im Herbst zu geniessen.

Villa au top !

Un accueil chaleureux, une villa moderne où chaque chambre dispose de sa salle de bain et son toilette. Très bien équipée, la terrasse au bord de la piscine le summum et pour finir très bien située pour visiter les alentours. Nous recommandons cette location, il ne faut pas hésiter.

Perle in Vence

Das traumhafte Ferienhaus Les Lavadines ist in einer sehr ruhigen Sackgasse gelegen, umgeben von schönen Villen französischer Art. Die Außenanlage ist mit dem sehr gepflegten Pool traumhaft mit sehr bequemen und stylischen Sonnenliegen. Auch die Innenausstattung des Hauses ist gelungen in der Aufteilung. Es gibt von jedem Raum einen sehr schönen Blick auf die Außenanlage bzw. auch in die französischen Hänge. Die Bäder sind etwas kleiner mit nicht allzu vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten, aber ausreichend. Technisch war alles einwandfrei. Sehr angenehm war die persönliche und zuvorkommende Betreuung durch die Vermieter. Alles in allem war der Ferienaufenthalt ein besonders schönes Urlaubserlebnis, das in bester Erinnerung bleiben wird.
