Great location, not as advertised

We arrived late, after 9pm and had let the property manager know. She assured us we would have no problem getting in, we did. 1. It is not two flights- 4 (if you have luggage for a month in Europe and bikes pass on this one) 2. We tried contacting the property manager but we believe she is in Nice. We then contacted VRBO customer service and they helped us. 3.The lockbox is not between the doors it is in a longer cupboard along the floor 4. There were no lights to find the key box 5. The front door has two locks, only one works. no safe for securing your passports or valuables 6. We had a note on the door asking us to be quiet and walk softly between 7am and 3pm?? 7. the balcony has an AC unit on it and no seating for the view. 8. We found two bugs on the bed and informed the VRBO cs person. 9. The fan in the only bedroom is very loud and when turned on we were showered with dust. The only AC is a split in the kitchen 10. The shower is a tub with a rain shower head and No curtain so you will flood the floor I could go on but the property manager was not even aware of VRBO or the listing. She told us to stay at a hotel the next time. Nothing was done for us, but they assured us they would all be take. Care of for others. Hmmm???

Excellent and relaxing location

We really enjoyed this property, it is in a calmer and quieter neighborhood compared to central Nice but still close enough to walk to plenty of good restaurants or an easy bus ride over to Nice. The host were helpful very quick to reply to any questions we had.
