This newly renovated 126 m2 art déco villa has two independent levels, connected with external stairs.
Ground floor (approx. 40m2): open kitchen, dining and living room area, bathroom with shower. Outside on this level : terrace with dining table and barbecue and a small garden.
1st floor (approx. 90m2): Living room and two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and large built in wardrobes, outside terrace and two balconies.
The house has a large 60m2 garage, where two cars can be parked and water sports gear can be stored. AC in all rooms, WIFI and security/alarm system (connected to security company)
