In the Baronnet residence, you will find an exceptional fully air-conditioned corner apartment with a surface area of 57m² on the 4th floor with its huge 60m² terrace and summer kitchen. It is composed at the entrance of a sleeping area, on your right a modern design shower room, with its separate toilet. In addition, the apartment has a bedroom on the south facade with access to the corner terrace which offers a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea and the green gardens of the residence. A living room with flat screen TV area and wifi, sofa bed in 160 cm and its fully equipped modern kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, all opening onto the terrace with sea view. Household linen is not provided. End of stay cleaning is included.
For this apartment there is an obligation to let the garden of the large terrace come and watered once a week.

I don't recomand

When we book the room they didn't show all the details of conditions. After we pay we were negative surprised that we have to pay separatly for wifi, towels and parking. When we arrived the owner of the apartment welcome us ( apparently she lives there) and show us how to use the electronics and how to water her plants (otherwise she will came to the apartament every 2 days). We've payed 230 euro/day and the apartament was smaller then it seens, the view is diferent to the photos on site, we had to buy toillet paper, on the frige we found milk and 2 bottles of tap water. The ceiling of the living room and the ceiling of the terrace were damaged ( I have a lot o photos). I'am not coming back ever.
