Beautiful and central apartment

We loved our stay. The location is amazing - 2 minute walk to Massena Place and Jean Medicin Line 2 Metro and three minute walk to Promenade des Anglais. The apartment is lovely and spacious. The kitchen has all amenities to make food, washing machine, iron, vacuum cleaner, cleaning equipment, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, utensils and plates etc. The bedroom and bathroom is on the mezzanine which was reached by a spiral stairway. The large window which was the height of the mezzanie has shutters and the view of the surrounding buildings was beautiful and very Nice. The instruction for key pickup were easy to follow and Stephane met us on our first morning and explained everything. We stayed for 12 nights and loved every minute of it. I would definitely recommend - very suitable for long stays.

Kitchen was poorly stocked with cooking utensils and floor was dirty (socks were black on bottom after walking around). The biggest problem encountered was the loss of power in the unit. There was an issue with the breaker box that occurred during the night. I had to try to pack up and get out of the unit to catch an early morning flight while it was pitch black dark in the apartment. When asked for some accommodation the owner refused, and replied in a rather arrogant and condescending manner. I contacted Expedia and they were kind enough to offer some accommodation with some credits to my account that can be used toward future travels. Kudos to expedia, but this property gets a failing grade from me. I say steer clear of any of these apartments as the owners are 180 degrees off when it comes to guest satisfaction!

Newly Refurbished Apartments Super City Location

Great stay at a newly refurbished set of apartments, situated right next to one of the main restaurant & retail areas and easy distance from Promenade des Anglais and the Station; we could not have been more central. The apartment itself is a double bed and two large comfortable sofa beds, situated across two levels in a single large space; fully equipped with all new kitchen, equipment, TV's bathroom and beds, its really comfortable. Good local supermarkets, bars and restaurants very close by. We were really happy with the value for money of this booking and would definitely stay in these apartments again.

Appartements Nice Center Carré d'Or

Had a great week in July, sightseeing in the mornings and beach in the afternoon. The appartements are right in the centre of Nice, a couple of minutes from the main square. Check in/out is hassle free with Stephane, and the appartement is comfortable, clean and surprisingly quiet for a good night sleep. All bus stops and the railway station are within 13 minute walk, and the beach is a few minutes. Monaco, Eze, VilleFranche, Antibes, etc all within reach for 1.50 Euro each way. We took the train to Monaco and Antibes, much quicker but a bit more expensive (worth it)

God beliggenhed og godt til prisen

Rigtig god beliggenhed tæt på gågade, restauranter, strand og den gamle bydel. Selve lejligheden var lidt lille og brugt men ganske fin taget prisen i betragtning. Vi var 2 voksne og en baby.Vi kunne have ønsket os udskiftning af håndklæder og tilbud om rengøring under opholdet.
