Alptraum mit Gestank und Lärm - In dieser Wohnung kann man nicht Wohnen
Beim Betreten der Wohnung wurde man mit einem unerträglichen Gestank empfangen der aus dem winzigen Bad kam. Ein Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war bei dem Gestank nicht möglich. Da wir die Wohnung am Freitag Abend gemietet hatten, bekamen wir erst am Montag eine andere Wohnung. Bis dahin mussten wir alle Fenster 24 Stunden geöffnet lassen um es einigermaßen zu ertragen.
Die unmittelbare Nähe zur Straße und zur Bahnlinie sorgte für eine enorme Geräuschkulisse bei der man kaum schlafen konnte. Das zweite Zimmer mit einem Doppelstockbett war so klein dass das Bett geradeso hinein passte.
Das ärgerlichste an der ganzen Vermietung war das die lokale Agentur wusste dass es aus dem Abfluss des Bades stinkt. Die Reparaturarbeiten sollten demnächst in Angriff genommen werden. Dennoch wurde uns die Wohnung vermietet.
Bitte mieten Sie diese Wohnung nicht wenn Sie sich erholen wollen.

Alles hat ein, aber ...
Voll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit einer sehr grossen Terrasse und einer wunderbaren Aussicht. Aber, der Lärm von der 4 spurigen Strasse und dem Zug vor dem Gebäude, ist nichts für lärmempfindliche Gäste. Die grosse Terrasse eignet sich ausgezeichnet für Sonnen-Hungrige. Denn diese haben erst wieder am Abend etwas kühlenden Schatten. Die Immobilie verfügt über keinen Sonnenschirm oder Markise. Wenn sie sich fragen, warum die zwei Schlafzimmer nicht übersichtlich fotografiert worden sind, hier die Antwort. Sie sind überdurchschnittlich klein. Das Hauptschlafzimmer mit Zugang zur Terrasse ist mit einem 140 x 180 (!) cm Bett eigentlich voll ausgefüllt. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer, mit Fenster zur Strassenseite, steht ein Stockbett und es bleibt vom Raum nur noch ein kleiner seitlicher Durchgang von geschätzten 70 cm Breite übrig. Das Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche ist spartanisch und mit abgewohntem Mobiliar bestückt. Es lädt nicht zum Verweilen ein. Das in die Jahre gekommene Gebäude (Baubeginn 1969) ist mit dem Abwasser-System (so wurde es im Sommer wahrgenommen) überfordert. Sowohl aus der Dusche, wie aus der separaten Toilette riecht es dementsprechend übel, leider in der ganzen Wohnung. Sind die entsprechenden Türen geschlossen und die Fenster offen, am besten mit Durchzug, lässt es sich aushalten. Diese Bewertung habe ich mit einem sehr schlechten Gewissen geschrieben und richtet sich ganz klar an den Besitzer des Appartement.
Denn der Verwalter der Ferienwohnungen ist eine absolut liebenswerte und äusserst hilfsbereite Person. Für sein improvisations Talent, seine Geduld und für den freundlichen Umgang mit den Gästen, verdient er 2 x 5 Sterne und mehr. Er war mein Sonnenschein während unseres Aufenthaltes.

Séjour sympathique
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La vue est tout simplement à couper le souffle. Néanmoins, il faut préciser que le bruit de la route et de la voie ferrée est plus présent que le bruit des vagues. Il manquait une table et des chaises sur la terrasse afin de profiter pleinement de cet espace extérieur.
La chambre avec les lits superposés est vraiment très petite et située côté route, convient à des enfants entre 4 et 8 ans.
