Not what I was expecting

There are many reviews complimenting the cleanliness of the property, but it wasn't clean and there are roaches all over. Also, the property states there is air conditioning, but we found out that the building only turns on the air condition starting on June 1. However, it is a little concrete box on the 6th floor of the building and it heats up. Air conditioning would have been very helpful. Also, the toilet seat was broken and hanging by a bolt that was stripped. The shower head was broken and laying in the bathtub. Lots of deferred maintenance. The owners need to inspect their properties and make sure everything is in working order. In summary, I had to scramble to find another place to stay (thank goodness there is an Ibis close by) and request a refund.
