Warm and welcoming large villa 160 m2 situated on the hill near the centre & beaches of Nice. The house is fully equipped with everything you need, has private parking, barbecue and a very nice backyard for your perfect stay. In the garden you have also small equipment for doing sport 4 sun beds and out doors dining for 8 peoples. If you don't drive you have a bus stop right outside the house or you can use taxis or uber easily.

One bed room with a privat small douche cabine First floor 3 bed rooms ans 2 bathrooms with toilette. The perfect accommodation for a group of friends, family, couples, business travel, etc.
