2-bedroom flat on the second floor, in a quiet street of the old Nice, just a few metres away from the Cours Saleya and the Promenade des Anglais.The flat has been renovated this year and consists of a living area with an equipped kitchen (2 hobs, oven, microwave, coffee maker, teapot, washing machine and tumble dryer combo), couch, TV, table, chairs, one bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a good quality 140 cm long bed. Very close to a number of shops (a convenience store, a bakery, a ravioli maker). There is also Wi-Fi internet access.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Limited housekeeping is available.

I've stayed in 30 different places in the last 2 years and this one was hands down, one of the best. The apartment is quaint and I loved the brick. I was thrilled by the kitchen because it was fully stocked with what I needed to cook a full meal. They also had plenty of supplies so I wasn't having to buy items for only a few days.The area was amazing!! I loved being able to walk to the beach within 3 minutes. The neighborhood was full of cute stores as well as a wide variety of restaurants with cuisines from around the world.Highly recommend.

Nice old town

Over all great location to explore old town and to catch bus or trams to other parts of Nice.. Lots of great restaurants- shopping and cafe . Close to sea to walk and explore. My only issue was walking up and down the inclined if raining or with luggage's. Not made for older guests. Unit wad quite and clean !

Great flat in prime position for beach, restaurants, old town and parks

On arrival the owner was waiting to let me into the flat. The flat is very clean, well maintained and stylish, the owner was very helpful before and during the stay. There are a number of stairs up to the flat so you need to be prepared for that and the beautiful but steep street. There were little extras like beach mats, hair dryer and teabags! The flat overlooks a central courtyard so you can hear other people at times and need to get to grip with the shutters to keep the temperature down. There are fans in both rooms. The surrounding area is full of life with all the old town attractions and a short walk to the beach, less than 5 minutes. Nice itself has plenty to offer, great public areas, shopping, galleries and museums. The public transport system is frequent and inexpensive. The 98 bus from the airport costs 6 euros, trams and buses have a flat fee of 1 euro 50 and can get you out to the local hilltop villages such as Eze. The train to Monte Carlo is 3 euros and worth booking in advance. Eating out is quite expensive but good quality, we chose recommendations from our guide book which were delicious, there is plenty of choice and takeaway pizza is always an option! There are supermarkets, carrefour and monoprix which are cheaper than the local shops and the bigger ones have a great selection of fresh produce. All in all a very pleasant stay.

The apartment is adorable and the pictures are very true to what you will find. Stephanie was very easy to work with and very accomadating when we had to make some changes. The location is perfect right in old town nice. Lots of shops to explore and no need for a car. The beach is close and there are many restaurants to choose from.

My husband and I had a wonderful time here in Nice. Stephanie was kind to meet with us even tho we arrived very late at night. The flat looks exactly like the photos clean, cozy and adorably set up. Perfect location to shop the cours saleya for fresh food and a short walk to the beach. We would recommend closing the windows at night to keep from being bitten by mosquitos. Other than that we would love to stay here again.

Great little suite in Old Town Nice

Overall we were very pleased with the unit in Nice from the prompt agreed upon meeting time to the accuracy of the photos to the actual suite. Great location near all of the sights one should plan on viewing and experiencing while in Nice. A few stairs to contend with and some noise from neighbouring suites but was to be expected especially since we visited during Carnival. Excellent restaurants, shops and the Promenade are all a very short stroll from the apartment. Would recommend the unit to others.

Great place to stay in Nice. Located in the Old Town - very central. Its only small but has everything you need. Very clean, everything new. Great kitchen area including a washer/dryer. Power shower with plenty of towels. A few nice extras - beach towels & mats. Saves you having to bring some! Hair dryer too ! Easy to find and the owner was waiting to meet us on arrival. We got the 98 bus from the airport - 6euro each! Hopefully we will visit again!

Le logement est très bien situé au cœur du vieux Nice . Il est propre, très bien équipé. La communication est fluide et rapide avec les propriétaires . Il est conforme aux photos. Une climatisation serait parfaite pour cette période de canicule car les ventilateurs suffisent à peine.
