The Neighborhood:
This apartment is in a residential neighborhood on the US side of Niagara Falls, NY, about a 10-minute walk to Niagara Falls State Park, the Aquarium of Niagara and the Gorge Trail. It's a city neighborhood with older homes, not a resort area, so expect street traffic and city sounds. Grocery stores, restaurants, the Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino and the Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls are a short drive away, and Buffalo is about 25–30 minutes by car.

Getting Around:
Most guests drive or use Uber and Lyft. NFTA Metro buses run through the area. Buffalo Niagara International Airport (BUF) is about 30 minutes by car. The Rainbow Bridge to Canada is a short drive; bring a passport.
