Ana is amazing !! WhatsApp me prior to my arrival, help plan my Ninh Binh itinerary. Customer service to the next level. We booked a bungalow only to found all kind of bugs on bed and in the room. We had to move to a less desirable room. Definitely not a 5 stars hotel. Focusing all on the lobby and restaurant, beautiful design. Wow!!!

This is an amazing play to stay. A large and lovely grounds and the rooms are awesome. The food is excellent and our every need was taken care of. The manager Steve helped us out with activities, meals, etc. Definitely a top notch place.
