This resort provided a great rest during our busy traveling and exploring schedule from Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi. Amazing rooms with unbelievable bathrooms in the bungalows. The very large pool provided a great way to cool down in the hot weather. The shuttles to town were appreciated to stock up on supplies for the remainder of our trip. The upgrade for our rooms was much appreciated.

We stayed here for a friends wedding in August thus year. Beautiful venue, huge swimming pool. Very friendly and helpful staff. Bungalows are spacious, beds comfortable. Thoroughly recommend Diamond Bay - lovely place to stay.

I ask for a quiete room. They stuck me in front of a restaurant under restauration . They permitted even a 2 day chinese meeting in the middle of resorts. 15 hour a day whit peoples talking at microphone. Was crazy ! You can't enjoy your holiday ! After I spoke whit a manager nothing changed. They offer me a new room the day before a live. Staff speak a little English. Maximum 3 stars. If you want to try, first ask if have meeting on week end. My daughter and new son-in-law, both of whom currently live in the UK, however my daughter is Vietnamese so she needed to get married in Vietnam. The reception, staff, rooms and arrangements for the wedding/reception were impeccable. Cannot say enough in praise of this hotel. I have visited a number of times before, gets better all the time (so far). The breakfast is one of the most pleasant and comprehensive I have so far found in Vietnam. The guests at the reception had come from far and wide, UK, Vietnam, Austria, Japan and Russia, they all loved the place.

A quiet, relaxing place for couples, family stay. There is a beautiful private beach nearby, a rather big swimming pool which opens from 6am to 8pm. 3 restaurants inside the resort that serve asian and european foods. However, travel back and forth to the city center is a nuisance for me as the resort is located 14-15km from city. I'd recommend to rent a bike or car for couples and people who want to move frequently and visit landscapes in Nha Trang by themselves. The food is rather good but the menu is not abundant. It gets boring after 2 breakfasts and dinners. TV is rather small in contrast with the size of the room i stayed (bungalow). And there aren't many channels to watch. They need to upgrade to satellite for better entertainment programs. The staff is very helpful and open and really show professionalism.

Fantastic resort. Stunning scenery. Staff helpful ánd polite - they work so hard to ensure everyone has an amazing experience. Bungalows are great and beds huge and comfortable. Would certainly recommend this resort! Very good driving range to the sea as well!

We recently spent 8 days in this amazing paradise.our bungalow was huge.the worlds biggest pool was fun.all the food was top class. Our waitress Lien Duong a supervisor who worked in Rosy's restaurant and at the sandy bottom restaurant and bar could not do enough for us ..her smile and attentiveness made our stay even more wonderful..she truly is an asset to the resort..we will definately be back and highly recomend it to Anyone who holidays at Nha Trang.

Visited with 4 family groups in July. The property is huge. So huge that many areas are unkept. The grounds around the accomodation are looked after. But the areas towards the beach are not. It was probably 5 star many years ago but property updates appear to have not been made so the rating is more like 3.5 star. Rooms are clean and comfortable and air conditioned. The pool is large and clean. It's a great place to go if you want to lay around and read a book all day. Some tips for management. Train your staff in the true meaning of hospitality. - walk around the pool area offering drinks/food. I shouldn't have to get up from my sunbed and walk into the restaurant to order lunch - drinks are the lifeblood of any hotel and very profitable. Your staff should be constantly out on the pool concourse serving drinks - tidy as you go. My empty lunch plates sat next to me for an hour. 4 waiters served people nearby. All returned to the restaurant with empty trays. Not good enough There are many new resorts being built along the coast. Unless this place makes some big changes it will suffer with the competition moving in

Great place to stay just out of Nha Trang city on the to cam ranh airport. Outstanding facilities all u wish for u and ur family. Beach swimming pool and restaurants n bars.. all types of food for all tastes only downside was internet intermittent and so many dropouts but other than that we had a lovely times relaxing and enjoy our stay there.

Two pleasant weeks at the Diamond Bay Resort and Spa near Nha Trang Vietnam with fantastic dining (lunches and dinners) at the Banana Leaf Restaurant (pool side) and the Vista Grill House (near pool and deck overlooking sea). In charge of both restaurants is An (An Uong Baoan pictured) an excellent communicator who has a great willing, helpful team who make each meal an enjoyable and memorable experience.
