Welcome to a brand new house with water views in Ngunguru! Escape to this spacious and family-friendly paradise nestled right on the Ngunguru estuary. You can unwind, play, and take in the breathtaking views of the channel and the sand spit.
The space:
2 large bedrooms with the fully insulated single garage made into a 3rd bedroom, 2 amazing bathrooms and a single toilet. Also boasts a large living area with expansive decks/bar leaner to take in the amazing views. Not to mention a couple of huge highlights of the house is the glow in the dark living area where at night time the floor shines baby blue, dark blue and neon green. You will have to see with your own eyes as photos don’t show great online. Once you step outside you can control the LED lighting to be whatever colour you like!
In and Around:
You'll find yourself within easy walking distance of local shops and a park for the kids. Pop 2 minutes over the hill and you have 4 great restraunts to choose from.
The beauty of the Tutukaka coast is at your doorstep, featuring world-class beaches and fantastic fishing/diving opportunities and much more!
Entertainment:.
If you're looking for some downtime indoors, you'll find two TVs in the home, one in the living area and another in the master bedroom. Plus, we have free high-speed Wi-Fi.
There is also a Weber bbq on the deck if you fancy cooking outside.
Laundry with a washing machine and dryer.
Seperate deck to the 2nd bedroom.

This was our first stop on our holiday in NZ. It set the bar very high. The accommodations were very modern, very clean, with amazing views. My favorite part was all the windows that opened. We highly recommend this property.
