Lovely summer house with a sauna and a beautiful terrace, just 150 meters from Dueodde beach and 25 meters from a small, idyllic fishing lake.
The natural gathering point of the house is the combined living and dining room with large windows that provide a lovely light and views of the green surroundings. Here you can watch TV, listen to the radio or music, play games or just chat. In winter, you can enjoy the warmth and cozy atmosphere from the wood stove. In the open, well-equipped kitchen with underfloor heating, it is a pleasure to prepare delightful holiday meals. There is also comfortable underfloor heating in both the bathroom and the guest toilet, and the former also has a sauna - perfect for holiday relaxation.
You will spend a large part of your holiday on the house's lovely terrace with a parasol, garden furniture - including sun loungers for sunbathing - and a barbecue for cozy barbecue evenings. The terrace is the perfect place to enjoy the sun and fresh air with a cup of coffee, a cold beer, or a good glass of wine. There is a carport for your car.
The house is only 25 meters from a small fishing lake, so it is a good idea to bring your fishing rod on holiday. You are also close to Dueodde Hostel with a kiosk. Only 150 meters separate you from the lovely sandy beach, making the house an ideal base for a beach holiday. The area also offers many beautiful walks.
