Beautiful and inviting architect built home from 2020 in unique design with slate facade and green roof.



The house is located only 175 m from the beautiful beach Balka and only 400 m from the cozy Snogebæk with its smokehouse, stores, kiosks and restaurants. Look forward to a modern house with tasteful furnishings, a living room with wood stove, open kitchen and four cozy bedrooms and a loft with two beds.



On the large, partially covered wooden terrace with outdoor furniture and gas grill, you can soak up the sun's rays during the day and admire the sunset in the evening with a glass of wine or a cup of tea. There is also an outdoor shower with warm water at the terrace, for rinsing off the sand after an active day at the beach or refreshing your jog. When the weather gets chilly, it is recommended to warm up in the in-house sauna.



You will stay in the popular area near Balka and reach the child-friendly beach and a summer cafe in just a few minutes. You can have a delicious ice cream at the small harbor. You are also not far from the charming Nexø. It is highly recommended to take a trip to cozy Svaneke with its fine stores, restaurants and more.

Schönes Ferienhaus - Gut ausgestattet!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in dem Ferienhaus. Die Ausstattung und die Lage sind Top. Preis-Leistung ist super. Wünschenswert wäre noch eine etwas ausführlicheres Hausbuch/ Mappe mit Informationen zum Haus und dem auschecken etc. und dieses auch auf Englisch.
