Best equipped, spacious cottage in cozy Balka, a few minutes from the harbor, beach and a cozy summer cafe.



In the heart of the house is the large living room with dining area, wood stove and a nice sofa area where you can really make yourself comfortable. A highlight is the large, well-equipped kitchen, where you can prepare delicious meals in the best company. In the bathroom there is a comfortable underfloor heating.



From the living room you have access to a beautiful terrace with dining area and barbecue. The house also includes a large garden with plenty of space to play and romp, here you will also find a few swings that will certainly please the children.



The house is secluded on a quiet street. A short walk will take you to the harbor, where you can buy an ice cream, and watch the boats coming and going. Balka beach is considered one of the most beautiful and child-friendly on the island. You are not far from the cozy towns of Snogebæk or Nexø with their good restaurants and nice stores.
