If you’re in search of a tranquil place to unwind with friends or family, this delightful home in St Mawgan is ideal. Featuring an open-plan lounge with garden views and a large terrace overlooking a sprawling lawn, it has plenty of space for relaxation, whether keeping cosy inside, or enjoying fresh-air dining and games in the sunshine.
The property also features a private field for guests’ use which is just across the road. Here you can picnic, lounge in the sunshine, walk the dogs, or savour sundowners as the evenings set in. With all you need for home cooking and entertaining, the kitchen is open plan with the lounge and has a dining area alongside so you can enjoy meals together. Both bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms and include a king size and twin. There’s also a handy office off the twin room which is convenient for anyone needing to work during their stay.
Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £100 security deposit, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
