Quay House is part of the Seashore development, a luxury conversion of a large Victorian house. This exclusive location has its own steps down to the beach as well as two allocated parking spaces. There are two steps up to the front door as well as a ramp.



A welcome pack including tea, coffee and a bottle of wine is provided for guests on arrival.



Newquay town centre and harbour is a 15 to 20 minute walk along the scenic coastal path from Porth Beach.

We absolutely loved our stay at Quay House over Christmas 2024.

We absolutely loved our stay at Quay House over Christmas 2024. The location is amazing - right on the beach, and the house itself was fantastic! There was everything you could want or need for a real home from home feel. A lovely airy, seaside feel with high ceilings and white walls throughout. The main bedroom was a particular highlight, with a view out to the beach and a balcony - and the bed was so comfortable! We couldn't have asked for more....the hosts even put a Christmas tree up and left some mince pies for us. Would definitely go back and would recommend.
